Merchandise Policy

All  orders are typically processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order is ready for pickup.

 Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days. After receiving the returned item, Coach Martin will issue a full refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned in a different condition may not qualify for a refund.
